| WHAT THE BOOK IS ABOUT | The book and this website have nothing to do with “losing weight.” They do not contain any diets, recipes, dishes to eat, portions to eat, calories to count, or grams of fats, carbohydrates or proteins to eat. There are no lifestyle changes to make. There are no changes to make in your eating habits. There are no meetings to attend. There are no prescriptions, no drugs and no pills or any sort. There is nothing to buy. There is not even any exercise regimen to follow. | You have probably tried every one of these and have failed to achieve the weight you want to live at on a permanent basis. Not only have you failed, you are probably frustrated and depressed over your inability to do so. | The purpose of the book and this website is to enable you to become a person who weighs a lower weight than you presently weigh - one that you choose. They explain why you weigh what you weigh and why you have been unable to permanently “lose” weight. The book also describes a new and novel emotional Process, which is designed to enable you to change, emotionally, with respect to food and eating. As a result of this emotional change, your “need” for food and the amount of food you now eat will change, as will your emotional perception of yourself, as will your weight. Your attitude towards food and eating will permanently change. Weight will no longer be an issue for you. Once you successfully complete the Process, you will be able to consciously choose the weight you want to live at and you will be able to live at that weight without any feeling of deprivation or frustration. |
