| You weigh 30 pounds too much. So why don’t you just eat less until you “lose” 30 pounds. You know exactly how to do it. You don’t need any help. You don’t need to read any books or get advice from any experts. They don’t know any more than you do. It’s really simple. Everybody knows how. Just eat less. Well, we finally said it. Just eat less. It’s not a diet or anything else. Just make up your mind to eat less. See how easy it is. Of course, that ‘s not the problem. That’s why “advice” from experts is a waste of time. Do you really think that anyone else knows more about you than you do? You know that no one can. Right now you know everything you need to know to weigh exactly what you want to weigh. The catch is that you can’t eat less. You’ve tried hundreds of times. You’ve tried lots of “diets”. You may have “lost” weight for a while, but sooner or later you have always gone back to the weight you hated, or worse, gained even more weight. You are making yourself really unhappy by weighing 30 pounds too much so why are you making yourself unhappy? It’s really important to understand the nature of your problem. It’s not the food. It’s you. If all the fast food restaurants in the world disappeared tomorrow you wouldn’t weigh any less than you do now. Actually, you know that. It’s just nice to think that it really isn’t your “fault.” You can blame the food all you want, but you know that you are just kidding yourself. It’s 100% you. Have you ever thought about why you keep putting an amount of food in your mouth that is keeping you 30 pounds overweight? You should. Today spend as much time as you can thinking about why you keep putting food in your mouth when you know it is making you unhappy. It wouldn’t hurt if you spend part of tomorrow on the same subject. After all, you’re the one who is doing it and you’re the only one who can stop it. |
